Exchange Policy (No Returns)

We currently do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide a 7-day easy exchange policy in case of size issues or if you receive a defective or incorrect product.

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and invoice must be intact
  • The item should not have any stains, damage, or signs of wear

Non-Eligible Cases

We do not accept exchanges in the following cases:

  • Products used, washed, or damaged by the customer
  • Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
  • Minor color differences due to lighting or screen display
  • Incorrect size selection by the customer (we recommend checking size chart carefully)

Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24–48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos as proof. After verification, we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

Exchange Process

  • Once your exchange request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
  • After the product passes quality check, your replacement will be shipped
  • Exchange delivery may take 5–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Reverse pickup and re-shipping charges may apply depending on the case and location
  • In case of damaged or incorrect product, we will cover all charges

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
